Zoloft (sertraline): Zoloft (sertraline) may still help -- it has an indication for ocd like fluvoxamine does. It will require at least 4-6 weeks (and possibly longer) to show effectiveness. Again, i hope you're also working in cognitive behavioral therapy along with medications.
