I'm on zoloft (sertraline) 50 mg and my doctor added 100mg seroquel as an add on for my ocd. does this make any sense, the seroquel doesn't do anything?

OCD treatment : Don't obsess over it (:) and give seroquel (quetiapine) a few weeks to see if you notice any difference. A dose adjustment may be needed. Discuss trial of a certain tca medication or other available medications with your doctor.
