Sinus infection?: Without doing a physical exam or getting a complete medical history from you, your symptoms sound consistent with a sinus infection rather than a brain tumor. Chronic sinus infections can be difficult to treat, but it is possible. The only way to know what your symptoms are caused by is to visit a health care provider. I hope you feel better soon.

Probably not: Your symptoms are probably related to the sinus issues that you discuss. Brain tumors in most cases tend to present with focal neurologic symtpoms (weakness or numbness) or seizures. If it does not improve, check with your doctor. There may be some tests that can be done to ensure it is not a brain tumor.
