Bleed unlikely: A hemorrhagic stroke is dramatic to the point of not being questionable at all. You will lose use of limbs on one side or become extremely weak on one side, or loose consciousness altogether. If you're truly worried and have risk factors (fam. history, blood thinning, ), talk to your PCP and ask for imaging for re-assurance.
