Low concern: There are many other causes of dizziness that are not caused by a brain tumor, for example dehydration probably being #1 cause. That being said, if you start to develop new headaches, blurry/double vision, vomiting, confusion, or more persistent dizziness, these symptoms would warrant an exam by a health care provider. I hope you feel better.
