How can you find out what method the reading cardiologist used to calculate the ef%? simpson method, or m-mode methods? it doesn't specify on report.

Varies: The measurement is usually done by the sonographer and reviewed by reading physician. Final report of ef also takes a visual assessment of the function as and does not fully rely on the measurements.
