ECG : Left bundle does not necessarily mean there is significant pathology present. Don't get nervous, your cardiologist will evaluate for you.

Possibly yes: Lbbb is unusual at your age. Cardiomyopathy can be evaluated with an echocardiogram and physical examination by your cardiologist.

Maybe: The finding of LBBB on an ECG can be seen in cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, ischemic heart disease, left ventricular hypertrophy, and several other conditions. It can occasionally be present in a normal heart. Most people with cardiomyopathy have symptoms as well. Keep your appointment with your cardiologist.
