The list is large: There are many possibilities. The only organs consistent with such a wide distribution are brain ; spinal cord. For example, people who suffer a stroke may experience paralysis involving one entire side of their body - but no pain! thus your report of pain does not fit stroke yet could be consistent with some other brain/spinal issue: eg. A spinal cord problem affecting only right side could fit.

Pinched nerves: Herniated discs, spinal stenosis...I would see a neurologist and have emg/ncv testing performed.
