Nasal tip asymmetry: There is almost certainly something which can be done to address the issue. Talk your local experienced rhinoplasty surgeon. Depending on the exact problem you may be a candidate for an office injectable treatment. Sometimes a revision surgery is needed. The options also change depending on how long ago the surgery was performed. Good luck.

Depends: If you are within the first year after surgery go see your surgeon. If later and it bothers you get a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon.

Rhino post-op: After rhinoplasty, the nose continues to change and heal for a year, and even up to 2 years in some patients. There is not much you can do as the patient to change the appearance, but the best way to ensure the best final cosmetic result is to follow up closely with your surgeon.
