Iris color changes: As we age, there tends to be some deposition of brown pigment spots in the iris. If your eyes are blue to begin with, that will cause them to look darker over time. In addition, there are sometimes changes to the cornea (the clear covering of the iris) which could also cause your eyes to look darker. If you're concerned, then you should be seen for an eye exam.
