My skin is quite pale, and probably a reason why dark circles under my eyes are more visual. what can i do other than sleep more to look healthier?

Treat allergies: If you have pale skin and dark circles under your eyes, you could be allergic. Look for runny/itchy eyes/nose w/ sneezing. If you have these, take zyrtec/claritin/allegra daily. This will reduce the blood vessel congestion under your eyes that looks dark through thin/light skin.
