Various issues: Are your lids suddenly droopy or has this been a long time development? Do you have any systemic diseases which can cause droopiness of the lids? How do other members of your family look? You would do best by seeing an oculoplastic surgeon who can decide the cause and see whether you need medication, treatment of a systemic illness or some surgical correction.
