Brow : Brow lift and upper blepharoplasty (upper eyelid lifts) are typically done together to rejuvenate the upper eyes and the upper face. Lower blepharoplasty (lower eyelid lifts) are performed to rejuvenate the lower eyelid and the junction where the lower eyelid and cheek come together. So, you tend to get an improvement to the midface. It is quite common to perform a brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, and lower blepharoplasty at the same time. The surgical plan is individualized for each patient and highly dependent on where you have signs of aging. One of the most important facets of facial rejuvenation is to analyze the effects of aging on the entire face and formulize a treatment plan to obtain a balanced result. If you treat the upper face alone, your eyes may look rested, but your face may still appear tired. Your surgeon will discuss this with you. Ultimately, it is your choice to have everything or just certain things done. www.dassmd.com.

It : It is quite common to have eyelid surgery combined with brow lift surgery. You can bring up your concerns with your surgeon to see if they can be done together. You can also do an upper blepharoplasty at the same time if that is an area of concern as well, though the brow lift should help with that area. The nice thing about combining the procedures is that it allows for one recovery period, rather than two and also ends up saving money given the operating room fees.

Yes, : Yes, both are usually done together. The real question is what type of browlift? If your hairline is low--endoscopic--if it is high. The irregular trichophytic forehead lift which my associate and i developed is best. And your hairline can be lowered as well if you need it.

Browlift/bleph: Browlift and blepharoplasty both upper and lower can be performed at the same time. Have your eyes evaluated by a board certified surgeon with expertise in all these procedures.
