Should not recur.: Evlt should close the leaking (refluxing) valves leading to varicose veins and , therefore, prevent varicose veins from returning. However, valves in other veins can be stretched during pregnancy leading to new vein formation. The veins that were treated by evlt, if done correctly, should have a recurrence rate of about 2%. You should see a vein specialist.

Unlikely Veins Recur: EVLT (Endovenous Laser Treatment) most often is a curative procedure, preventing recurrence of future varicose veins. But since individual with vein disease can be prone to other veins in their legs becoming defective as time progresses (it is a genetic predispostion) & since pregnancy does stress the leg veins, there is always a possibility that additional leg veins can later become varicose.
