Post evlt 5 days. no expected symptoms. no bruising, no hard cord in my leg, problem spot still hurts. does this mean it didn't work, or veins reopend?

Not Necessarily: It can take up to 6 weeks to get the appropriate response following evlt. Not everyone gets bruising or a hard cord in the leg following treatment, so that is not a problem that you did not. There is less than a 5% failure treatment rate after evlt, so the odds are that the treatment did work. I would always suggest an ultrasound within 1 week after treatment ; that should give you the answer.
