Any kind is good: You are busy! do create time for yourself as that makes you more productive all around. You can walk or jog while kids ride bikes. You can do yoga or pilates. Look at how to do little things while working...Take steps not elevators. There are isometrics you can do at your desk. Walk outside at lunch...Or ? Take longer lunch break and go to gym a couple times a week.. (what might work allow?).
