Dr. Charles Gordon
Specializes in Adolescent Medicine
See a therapist soon: You have to examine your life and what gives you pleasure and meaning. Hopefully your family, your work, your fiancé all contribute. You are not old but are in midlife. Hopefully you have friends too that you can connect with but they are not your therapists. I wish you well. There has been much literature written about this. You don't have to go ithis journey alone!
