See a physician: You can damage your brachial plexus with certain dislocations. I would recommend seeing a physician to check on both vascular and nerve issues to make sure there is not lasting damage or necessary interventions. Consider seeing a physiatrist for this type of injury as they will be able to do an EMG if necessary.
