It's milder, and can appear as jaw pain, hair or face pain, and numbness of shoulder, arm, going to fingers as described. Contact your PCP righ away, or go to ER if it's happening now or urgent care, and get an EKG, BP again vitals, and monitor carefully! Check BP now. Don't delay!
