Diet: At your age and especially if you are working out, the minimum i would say would be 1800-2000 calories per day. Regardless. Please be careful of your healthy need for nutrition or you will have premature bone decrease.

More info.: How often do you work out? What are you trying to accomplish? What is your occupation, how tall and heavy? Need to know more to see about how many calories you need daily and if you want to maintain weight or lose!

Depends: If you are trying to keep losing weight, and I am assuming, you really need to, depending on the source of calories because they are not all alike in how they affect weight, the days you exercise you use more calories so you can consume more?
