Im fasting ramadan, working out hard with heavy weights.recently i am feeling tired,specifically 10 days before my expected date of my period,i am sexually inactive as well.i eat balanced food.i dont feel desire or energy or will to workout at all?

In a fasting state with limited caloric intake and 'no quick energy to burn', it is not unusual to feel tired and not desire to work out. Most of the energy and desire will likely be all back gradually after the fasting period.

Try eating and drinking something light after sunset and before and after your workout .You will feel better and have more energy than trying to workout while fasting.
