Hmmmm . . . .: If this is your son and he's living with you, it sounds like you have some serious discussions to have with him. Like what his contributions will be to the household, whether through "sweat equity" or money for rent, food, etc. He needs to participate in tangible ways. If he's mentally ill or using alcohol or drugs, this needs to be addressed also. Many possibilities here, > 400 characters.
