BCG vaccine?: Used mainly in the Armed Forces, It is safe as long as you are not immunosuppressed ! If immunosuppressed avoid it since it can then disseminate!

Not vaccinated: It is routine for anyone working around patients in any healthcare setting to have a screening TB skin test (not vaccination). If you are found to be positive for TB exposure further testing would be done before you are ever allowed to care for patients.
