Many yoga styles: There are at least 8 basic types of yoga. Hatha is often a gentle intro to basic yoga postures. Iyengar pays very meticulous attention to correct alignment using props ; blankets, etc. Restorative is very calming, vinyasa or "flow" is much more active with one pose moving into another.
