You are playing with: Fire. Taking drugs is dangerous. Don't try to fool yourself by trying to figure out how to hide the impact on drug tests for work testing. It is not the way to get control. Reach out to a psychologist who specializes in drug addictions. Go to AA, CA or NA meetings or go to a hospital detox don't wait until the addictions destroy your life.

Couple of studies: This study shows the effect in humans: http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/21161184 and this one in mice http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pmc/articles/pmc3119682/, and changes in gene and protein expression in chronic ketamine usage. As experimentation in humans with this potentially lethal drug is not a good idea, we will likely have to depend on animal models for study.

Coke won't help: Caffeine or coke won't help with concentration over the long haul. Medically, we would want to test for deficiencies like magnesium, thyroid, b-12, and iron. Sometimes, excess sugars lead to concentration problems. A good diet with vegetables, fruits, and proteins (avoiding fats and carbs) would also help your system. Finally, ask your doctor about attention deficit.

I am going to start a diet and stop drinking coke what else can help me lose weight?

Count your calories: Giving up soda is a great start as it has little nutritional value but is loaded with sodium and sugar. Choose foods with high nutritional value and watch the fat calories as fatty foods have 9 cal/gram while carbs and protein have about 4 cal/gram. People can say this and that about carbs versus fat versus protein. In the end it still amounts to how many calories consumed minus calories burned.

Planning your meals in advance helps avoid tempting foods when hunger strikes. There are some great tracking programs available that can help identify what foods are best for you as well as how many calories you've taken in and used in every day. Check out www.choosemyplate.gov www.sparkpeople.com - A great start is eliminating all sugary beverages, add in fruits and vegetables, and limit your intake of fatty foods. Also decreasing Screen time to less than 2 hours and increasing exercise to at least 30 minutes per day have been shown to help with weight loss.

Can ketamine cause blood in seaman?

No obvious reason: Blood in your semen needs to be evaluated. I cannot think of any association between ketamine administration and blood in semen (short of having received it related to a procedure on your genitourinary tract).
A 35-year-old member asked:

Is it dangerous to take lactulose with mdma?

1 doctor answer5 doctors weighed in
Dr. Pamela Pappas
Psychiatry 42 years experience
MDMA: Mdma is dangerous enough to take on its own, with risk of neurotoxicity from too much serotonin stimulation in the brain. Lactulose is a synthetic sugar used to treat constipation -- also to treat buildup of ammonia in patients with liver failure. They can become very ill and confused --even obtunded -- with this. It's not likely to deliver a pleasant high.
