Fever and rash: This is the topic of a lengthy lecture for my medical students. The basic answer is yes. The rash may well be part of the infection producing the fever. But in order to begin to determine what infection would require far more information than you have provided. Hope you get better soon.

Rash: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.
