My 4year old has rash on her forehead, arms and legs. what can i give her to help? she doesn't have fever, she eats as normal

Hard to say: The description is too vague to be specific. Much of rash analysis requires past history, recent exposures, review of vital signs and an exam. An office visit for a formal exam is likely the only way to sort out the cause & treatment.
