My 2 year old has a fever since yesterday and tonsillitis. today he started getting a rash, he does not want to eat and drinks very little. also tired the whole time. the rash is on his legs, arms and back. what could be the problem?

Other germs can also trigger a rash,Untreated strep throat can result in significant long term complications. i would make sure the kid is tested for strep & treated if positive.
