Doubt PR: PR doesn't look like that. If continues and worsens, would see a dermatologist. Could be drug rash or contact dermatitis. Need to have a doc see it in person.

More details needed: Although this is most likely from a viral infection (which may not lead to a fever) , there are many potential causes for a red rash (drug reaction etc). If the rash is improving and you are feeling ok otherwise, just keep an eye on it . If the problem fails to improve or persists >2 wks, consult a dermatologist.
