I've severe adhd and no amount of meds can help, what should i do?

Severe ADHD: If the meds make no difference i would question the diagnosis. However there has been some success in doing diets high in protein and low in carbs. There are also suggestions that multivitamins help. I would recommend a good psychologist or psychiatrist who can help you with behavior modification techniques that can help you adjust to the adhd and learn to live with it.

Not likely ADHD: If you did not have ADHD as a child and you have not had a positive response to stimulant medication, you do not have ADHD. You have another condition that mimics ADHD. See a neuropsychologist for evaluation and a neurologist to determine if there are what other cognitive conditions that you have.
