Regularly is best: Dancing and yoga are both very good exercise. Start with smaller amounts that don't wipe you out and can be repeated regularly, then increase each exercise in small increments. Track calories ; exercise. Decrease total calories you consume and increase exercise to lose weight. Good app for tracking diet and exercise is "my fitness pal".
