I ve multiple lung nodules, expecting key hole surgery to test it, if it comes out benign, later will dr be able to remove them or better to leave them?

Leave them: A biopsy is done to determine the cause of the nodules. Once the diagnosis is made treatment if any is started. If lesion is benign it is not usually necessary to take another nodule out.
