Likely general: Likely will need to allow that lung to be off pressure- pneumothorax and lung compressed to visualize for the thoracoscope to, allow visual and biopsy.

Infect/CF rule out: Based on your findings and imaging studies, I would suggest ruling out an infectious process. You also have allergic symptoms and possibly asthma. In addition, I would suggest a CF sweat test since these can be found in Cystic Fibrosis .While it is unusual at your age to be diagnosed, it can be diagnosed later in adulthood. I would suggest speaking to the anesthesiologist for info as well.
