Alternative Voice: I strongly believe that anxiety is best treated with behavioral and mental health practices that are tools to guide you through the stress that lies ahead as you grow up. Pills are often not the answer for anxiety. You school nurse may be a good place to start. But, despite pill pushers please keep an open mind. Learning to manage anxiety will help you have a richer life.

See a doctor: You should see your doctor to rule out any physical causes and then see either a psychiatrist or psychologist for diagnosis and further recommendations regarding treatment. Best wishes.
