I know i'm obsessing again. i'm on a low calorie diet for last 9 months. i eat anywhere 1500cals-maintence cals and work out 4x a week. leaving my body some days working with as low as 1000 calories after burned calories would that cause constipation?

Constipation is a function of not emptying often enough to move out feces out before the colon extracts its moisture content. Reducing what you ingest can slow the process. You can avoid some of this pattern by hydrating often with plain water and doing scheduled emptying whether your body signals you to or not.
