Beans for iron; B12: It is difficult to be a vegan if you hate vegetables, anemia is usually due to low iron. Fortunately, beans & lentils are an excellent source of iron- see http://www.Vrg.Org/nutrition/iron.Php B12 is a crucial nutrient that is absent from vegan diets so it is essential that she take a B12 supp- she can use one that dissolves under the tongue. Try to find some vegetables that she likes!

See below: Vegan diet is the worst diet for growing children. Dairy products, fish, vitamin, and iron supplement should be added.

This is serious: The world is a confusing place, even more so for children. Youngsters may feel sorry for animals, may believe obvious disinformation about the "healthy vegan diet", and often "deciding to become a vegan" covers for the onset of anorexia nervosa. Hopefully your parents will be sensible enough to work with your physician and treat this as the life-threatening situation that you know it is.
