If the tingling in your teeth is not related to the teeth or gums, (see your dentist regularly), it could be related to a nerve irritation or, most likely, to stress.

Most common cause of "tingling" is infection. There may, however, be other causes such as fractured tooth/teeth, gum disease, parafunctional habits, etc. What to do? See a Dentist, especially if it has been more than 6 months since your last examination.
