Prediabetic: You are heading towards diabetes and if your blood pressure is elevated, you may have metabolic syndrome. Bad things are probably happening internally but the good news is they are reversible if you exercise, eat properly and lose weight. Don't let yourself become diabetic because that will cause even greater problems. Diabetes is preventable but you have to start now.
