Diagnosed w/fatty liver after ultrasound for gallbladder (gallbladder is ok) liver labs, a1c, glucose, bp, triglycerides, hdl normal. i am 57 y/o and obese. now, eating better, losing weight, but is it ok if i occasionally drink alcohol in moderation?

Alcohol +fatty liver: This is a complicated question and can best be answered by your personal physician who knows you better. We cannot recommend medications thru this consulting mechanism and I consider alcohol a medication.
