Perhaps: If your anxieties can be focused on, or are related to traumatic experiences which can be targeted, then emdr may be helpful to you. Consult with a therapist trained in emdr to find out. EMDR: Emdr is not of benefit in gad or social anxiety with agoraphobia. Cognitive behavior therapy would stand a better chance of working.
