Discuss w/ therapist: Personality disorders are not considered to be physical problems so medication might not be too useful. The other symptoms you name are often treated by Rx's incl SSRI and PRN tranquilizers. You'll need to really work toward changing your behaviors and tolerating the severe discomfort w/ lots of support. I imagine it will be hard - but also really worthwhile. I wish you well! BPD: Find a Psychiatrist who really listens to you & then describe fully and completely all your symptoms, fantasies, ideas, conflicts & concerns so that the Dr. can formulate a medication plan that is best for you. When you take the meds make a detailed list of your reactions so the Dr. can figure out what is working & what is not. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy.
