Would homopathic remedies for fear and panic be ok to take while taking paxil and effexor for treatment resisant depression ? also for agoraphobia.

Maybe ok: There is no truly homEopathic "medication" that has any curative effect for psychiatric disorders. A person may feel better after taking a homeopathic "medication" either because she truly believes the "medication" is helpful, and so she is happier and uplifted; or because she is just by coincidence feeling good that day. It's mostly a "beneficial" placebo effect.
