Possible: A good exam will probably tell. Could also be a muscle strain, baker's cyst, etc. An ultrasound may be needed if exam is inconclusive. See your doc.

DVT unlikely.: Isolated calf aching may be due to many reasons. Ruling out DVT is certainly one of the first things to do but other causes of the aching may also need to be ruled out including lymphedema, orthopedic or foot problems and even medication related. Try symptomatic treatment for now with compression hose knee length , elevation when possible and warm compresses.
