Unlikely: The physical activity may have caused some bursitis and rest should relieve the symptoms. You may take acetaminophen for pain. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Wouldn't: Worry about a DVT. A deep vein thrombosis is more likely after prolonged immobilization, or after a significant injury to the extremity. In your scenario, the joint pain is likely due to inflammation to recent overuse. A cartilage or minor ligament injury to the knee is also a possibility. The RICE pneumonic (Rest Ice Compression Elevation) is good for a sore/ inflamed joint. No DVT

Knee pain: sounds more likely to be a knee related issue. A venous duplex ultrasound with determine if you had a deep vein thrombosis. However, this is usually associated with swelling.
