I was standing for a long time yesterday (3pm-3am) and i noticed really bad leg pain in both legs. walking to my car i almost couldnt walk. today my left leg feels cramps and achey. is this dvt? or muscle related? pain comes and goes?

Exercise your lower extremities, apply local heat and drink fluids. If the symptoms do not resolve or if the symptoms are associated with swelling, shortness of breath or dizziness, please see the Emergency Department. A DVT may be ruled out and an imaging test ordered by your PCP. Since you describe achiness and leg cramps, muscular inflammation is one possible cause.

There are many reasons and causes of your symptoms. A simple possibility would be dehydration with electrolyte imbalance
