NO MEDICINE:: 3 month old doesn't teeth. Usual age of teething is 7 month on an average. For bowel issues and gas, talk to her pediatrician. She might need change of formula if formula fed. If breast feeding, nothing to worry, no change needed. Breast fed babies can have one bm every 5-7 days or 5-7 times a day. No medication, no juice, no experiment at all. Talk to her pediatrician please.

Not from teething: 3 months early to be teething, but not unheard of. Would not recommend medication (prescription, over-the-counter, or homeopathic) without clearing it first w Pediatrician. Concern is dehydration. Talk to Pediatrician to see if he/she wants to examine your baby. Also, remember to 1) Never put b any down to sleep with a bottle, and 2) child should have 1st Dental Examination no later than 1st b'day
