I have increased my fiber & water 6 months ago to recommended dose. i always get avg.15-25 g a day plus 2l water. i rarely got this growing up because i wasn't paying attention to fiber and i hated drining water. i'm finding i pass gas now. normal?

Yes, high fiber diet produces more gas in the GI tract. You should make a food diary in order to track down the foods which exacerbate the symptom then you reduce those foods.
