Avoid exfoliants: When you have a rash, any exfoliant, ie most antiwrinkle preparations (glycolic acid, salicylic acid, retinol) will cause further inflammation and exacerbate your rash. You should use only hypoallergenic soaps and lotion (ie cetaphil) until the eruption resolves.

Stop face cream.: First stop all products. Than use Hydrocortisone for few days. If non responsive see dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.
