Hallo doc,have been having small rashes on my face for the last 2months and they get itchy at times what can be the cause please ,i don't use creams?

Face rash: These itchy patches on your face may be related to eczema,seborrheic dermatitis, allergies to eyeglasses, hair spray, soap,etc. If they don't clear after applying a mild cortisone ointment for a few days, see your physician or a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.
