What causes laryngopharyngeal? can it be from ulcer or stomach cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Laryngoesoph reflux?: Its just a type of reflux where the valve at the top of the stomach fails and you regurgitate all the way up-- easy/common when laying down at night. Not helped by antacid medications, but hard to diagnose and overdiagnosed by some ents when they see red vocal cords.
